The Packing Department Worker is responsible for accurately packing food products according to company standards, labeling items, and preparing orders for shipment. Daily tasks include checking products for quality, following safety and hygiene protocols, organizing packed goods in designated areas, and assisting with loading and unloading as needed. The role also involves maintaining a clean work area, following instructions from supervisors, and working cooperatively with team members to meet production targets.Qualifications Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to packing procedures and safety guidelines.Basic numeracy and attention to detail for counting, labeling, and checking packed items.Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move packages within reasonable weight limits, and perform repetitive tasks safely.Strong focus on hygiene and food safety practices, with willingness to comply with company and regulatory standards.Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or food handling operations is an advantage but not always required.Willingness to work assigned shifts, be punctual, and maintain a consistent work record.
