We’re scaling quickly and need reliable, detail-oriented Packing Helpers to join our on-site team in the UAE.Role & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and package goods for shipment according to order specifications and carrier guidelines.Label, seal, and organize boxes with precision to ensure correct product identification and damage-free transit.Assist in inventory handling—sorting, stacking, and moving stock using manual or mechanical aids.Support warehouse staff in loading/unloading delivery vehicles and maintaining a clean, safe work area.Verify packing lists against actual contents and flag discrepancies to supervisors immediately.Follow all safety protocols and company procedures for handling fragile, hazardous, or high-value items.Skills & QualificationsMust-HavePacking experience in warehouse or logistics environmentsManual dexterity and physical stamina for lifting and repetitive tasksBasic English reading and writing for label and checklist accuracyAttention to detail for error-free packing and labelingFamiliarity with barcode scanners or inventory systemsAbility to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven shiftsPreferredExperience with shipping platforms like DHL, Fedex, or AramexKnowledge of UAE customs documentation basicsPrevious work in import/export or e-commerce fulfillmentBenefits & Culture HighlightsStable on-site hours with potential for overtime and performance incentivesOpportunities for advancement into warehouse supervisory or logistics coordination rolesSupportive team environment with clear safety and operational trainingSkills: packing helper,import,barcode scanners,export
