Key Responsibilities
● Perform manufacturing activities including kit assembly, equipment operation,
inspection, filling, sealing, and packaging of medical device products in a controlled
cleanroom environment.
● Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs),
and manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality.
● Strictly follow cleanroom gowning and degowning procedures to maintain cleanliness
and prevent product contamination.
● Handle, transfer, and store raw materials, components, consumables, and finished
products within the cleanroom as per defined procedures.
● Operate and monitor automated filling and manufacturing equipment safely and
efficiently.
● Perform in-process quality checks, including visual inspection, volume verification,
and other defined quality checks as per SOPs.
● Identify and promptly report equipment malfunctions, process deviations, defects,
and other manufacturing issues to the concerned supervisor.
● Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and basic preventive maintenance of
production equipment and work areas.
● Ensure proper identification, segregation, and traceability of accepted, rejected, and
WIP materials
● Support production targets while maintaining required quality, safety, and compliance
standards.
● Participate in process improvement, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and
problem-solving activities.
● Maintain good housekeeping and follow all applicable EHS, GMP, cleanroom, and
ISO 13485 requirements.
Qualification & Skills
● Minimum Qualification: High school / PUC / Diploma or equivalent.
● Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or medical
device/pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
● Familiarity with cleanroom practices, gowning procedures, contamination control, and
cleanliness requirements will be an advantage.
● Experience operating automated filling machines, assembly equipment, or other
production machinery will be highly beneficial.
● Basic understanding of SOPs, quality checks, documentation, and GMP/ISO
requirements.
● Good attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
● Basic computer and documentation skills will be an advantage.
