Paid Media Manager

We work with clients across multiple industries, providing strategy, paid media, social media, content, branding and website solutions.We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager with 3+ experience to plan, manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for multiple client accounts. Experience with LinkedIn Ads & other platforms would be an advantage but is not essential.Please do not apply for this role unless you have experience running on Meta & Google platform.This is a full time, office based role in Dubai. Applicants must currently be based in DubaiResponsibilities Manage paid media campaigns for multiple clients across Google and MetaDevelop campaign strategies based on each client’s objectives, audience and budgetSet up, monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance.Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram campaignsShare direction with our content team on creative assets which are Paid Social first Conduct keyword, audience and competitor researchReview tracking, conversion events and campaign dataManage budgets and ensure advertising spend is used effectivelyProduce clear performance reports with insights and recommendationsCommunicate confidently with internal teams and clientsStay informed about platform updates and paid media best practicesRequirementsProven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with 3+ experienceExperience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously, ideally within an agencyStrong understanding of campaign strategy, targeting, bidding and optimizationConfident using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta PixelStrong analytical and reporting skillsHighly organized and able to manage competing deadlinesClear written and verbal communication skills
