This integrated approach provides employers with a verified and compliant workforce from day one.Role Description The Pairing Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudia. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring pairing machines according to production specifications, ensuring safe and efficient operation throughout each shift. The operator will inspect materials and finished products, perform basic adjustments, and report any mechanical issues or deviations from quality standards. Daily responsibilities include routine cleaning of machines, proper use of hand tools, and adherence to safety protocols and company procedures. The Pairing Machine Operator will also record production data, communicate with supervisors and team members, and support continuous improvement in output and product quality.Qualifications2 years working experience in cable manufacturing company.Ability to operate and monitor pairing and related industrial machines, with strong Machine Operation skills.Knowledge of Machinery components and basic mechanical functions to perform minor adjustments and troubleshooting.Experience in Quality Control practices, including inspection of materials and finished products to meet specifications.Proficient use of Hand Tools for routine maintenance, adjustments, and safe handling of equipment.Effective Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, maintenance teams, and co-workers, and to complete clear production reports.Prior experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/industrial environment is preferred.Ability to stand for extended periods, follow safety guidelines, and work in a shift-based production setting.Basic literacy and numeracy for reading instructions, safety notices, and documenting production data; vocational training in machinery or mechanical trades is an advantage.
