This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled culinary leader to drive excellence, innovation, and authenticity in Pan Asian cuisine, catering to a diverse and discerning clientele.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, refined technical expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of Asian flavors, presentation standards, and operational consistency within a fast-paced, quality-driven restaurant environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all Pan Asian kitchen operationsDevelop, curate, and maintain innovative and authentic Pan Asian menusEnsure consistent preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishesDemonstrate expert knowledge of Pan Asian cuisines (Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Southeast Asian)Maintain strict adherence to quality, taste, and brand presentation standardsTrain, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure performance excellenceControl food costs, portioning, inventory, and minimize wasteEnsure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standardsCoordinate effectively with restaurant management to align culinary strategy with brand visionMaintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environmentCandidate ProfileProven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Pan Asian Chef in a high-end or luxury dining environmentStrong leadership/personality and team management skillsDeep knowledge of authentic Pan Asian cooking techniques and ingredientsExperience in menu development and brand-standard implementationAbility to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchenStrong focus on consistency, creativity, and presentationExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysSalary & BenefitsFull Package Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month all-inclusive package
