Team members collaborate with a diverse client base and gain exposure to a dynamic, fast-growing market environment.Role Description This full-time Paralegal role is an on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Paralegal will support corporate and commercial legal matters by preparing and organizing legal documents, assisting with company formations, and maintaining accurate records. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal and regulatory research, reviewing and summarizing documents, and ensuring compliance with UAE corporate requirements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, drafting routine correspondence, and supporting lawyers with filing, documentation, and case management. The Paralegal will also help streamline workflows and contribute to process improvements in the legal and corporate services function.QualificationsStrong foundation in Law, with understanding of corporate and commercial legal principles relevant to the UAE.Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing contracts and corporate filings.Proficiency in Arabic and English languages including drafting legal documents in these languages.Experience in Document Review, with attention to detail for identifying inconsistencies and ensuring accuracy.Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.Solid Research skills for analyzing laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field; a paralegal certification is an advantage.Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in corporate or commercial law.Familiarity with UAE legal and regulatory frameworks and corporate services processes is highly beneficial.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency with standard office software and legal document management tools.
