This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.ABOUT THE JOBWe are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Previous experience working within a law firm, professional services environment, or as an Executive Assistant/Secretary is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Support lawyers and the legal team with day-to-day legal and administrative activities.Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, reports, and presentations.Assist in drafting, reviewing, formatting, and maintaining legal documents and correspondence.Support the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, notices, and other legal documentation.Maintain organized records of contracts, legal matters, correspondence, and other documentation.Assist with legal matter and case management, including tracking deadlines, actions, and documentation.Coordinate with internal departments, external counsel, government entities, and other stakeholders as required.Assist with corporate governance documentation and filings where applicable.Prepare meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for legal meetings.Monitor and follow up on outstanding legal requests and action items.Support the legal team with document collection, due diligence, and information gathering.Ensure legal files and databases are accurate, complete, and up to date.Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.Perform other legal and administrative duties as required.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or in a similar legal support role.Experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment is preferred.Strong legal research and document management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong proficiency in Arabic and English.Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
