Etihad Development Company is an Etihad Water & Electricity subsidiary for infrastructure development acting as a leading developer for infrastructure projects including power and water. We are focused on delivering major infrastructure projects across the GCC and CIS regions, spanning Renewable, Conventional Power and Environment technologies.Role Overview We are currently seeking a Paralegal (UAEN) to join our growing legal team and support a portfolio of strategic infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Support corporate governance and reporting requirements across holding, project, and operating companies.Assist with the preparation and review of legal documentation, including NDAs, engagement letters, consultancy agreements, and corporate resolutions.Maintain legal entity records, contract repositories, and governance trackers.Support legal reporting, committee activities, and compliance initiatives.Assist legal counsel and external advisors on project transactions and financial close activities.Qualifications & Experience:UAEN candidate (mandatory).Bachelor's Degree in Law.2-4 years of experience as a Paralegal in-house or within a reputable law firm.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
