Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with case management, including drafting and filing legal documents Conduct intake calls with clients and gather necessary information for their cases Maintain and organize client files, including electronic and physical files Schedule appointments and court appearances for attorneys Communicate with clients and other parties involved in cases, including opposing counsel and court personnel Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for attorneys Assist with billing and invoicing for clients Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

At least 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldIf you are a self-starter, highly organized, and have a passion for the legal industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
