In this role, every day will be a unique and exciting challenge that will include:Assisting team members on cases involving a variety of clinical negligence claims such as birth maternity injuries, misdiagnosis, surgical and hospital errors and specialist and clinical errors.Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel and third parties.Reviewing medical records, evidence and case documentation.Supporting case preparation for settlement negotiations and litigation.What you will needIn the role you will need:Ideally experience working as a Paralegal, preferably within clinical negligence area of law. However, we would also welcome applications from candidates with experience in litigation and/or serious injury matters, who can demonstrate transferable skills and a strong interest in this area of work.Excellent communication and client care skills.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
