This is a permanent role offering hybrid working.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Supporting the corporate team on a wide range of corporate transactions and matters
- Assisting with due diligence, document drafting and bundling
- Company secretarial support, including Companies House filings
- Liaising with clients and other advisers as requiredWHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR
- Some corporate experience in a law firm is ideal
- Strong academics and excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, organised approach and willingness to learn
