CANDIDATES NEED TO BE BASED IN KOLKATA AND FLUENT IN BENGALI + ENGLISH/ HINDI.EITHER FULL TIME OR PART TIME - BOTH OPTIONS AVAILABLESALARY: 2.4 to 3 Lakhs per annumSafal Health is a growing digital healthcare platform partnering with pediatricians to support the mental health and development of children.Role Summary:We are seeking Parent Counsellors who can work with us either part-time or full-time. As a Parent Counsellor, you will visit pediatricians' clinic, where you will engage with the parents of children visiting the doctor and explain our program to them.You will also need to speak to parents over call to complete the onboarding process.Key Responsibilities:Visit pediatrician's clinic and explain our program to the parents.Talk to parents about the need for children's mental well-being.Interact with the pediatrician as requiredOnboard parents over callRequirementsStrong counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in Bengali, English, and Hindi.Travel to the pediatrician's clinic every dayDegree in Healthcare, Child Development, Psychology or a related field will be preferred
