We do things differently - and we're growing.We're looking for a commercially driven, relationship-focused Park Manager to join our team and lead local revenue growth from our park base. If you come from hospitality, retail or a service-led environment and are ready for a role where your commercial skills genuinely make a difference to people's lives, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.What You'll Be DoingThis is a predominantly field-based, externally focused role - approximately 70% of your time will be spent building and managing revenue-generating partnerships with funeral directors and community organisations, with 30% supporting park operations and commercial performance.Commercial PerformanceOwn and deliver revenue, market share and profitability targets at park levelDrive growth across a range of memorial products through structured partner engagementMaintain a disciplined sales pipeline and report against clear KPIsProtect pricing integrity and contribute to EBITDA performanceAccount Management & Partner GrowthManage and grow a portfolio of local funeral director and community accountsConduct regular, performance-focused account reviewsBuild trusted, long-term partnerships founded on reliability and service excellenceIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned to family needsNew Business DevelopmentIdentify, approach and secure new funeral director partnershipsBuild strong local visibility and a credible reputation in the business communityDevelop referral channels and convert opportunities into sustained revenue streamsLeadership & ReportingProvide commercial direction to your direct reports, ensuring service delivery supports growthMonitor competitor activity and share market insight with senior leadershipMaintain accurate data and reporting across internal systemsWhat We're Looking ForEssentialProven track record of delivering sales or revenue targets in hospitality, retail or service-led environmentsDemonstrable success in account management and customer relationship growthStrong commercial acumen with solid understanding of margin and profitabilityExperience leading or influencing operational teams to support commercial outcomesConfident networker with strong pipeline management and KPI disciplineIT literate across Excel, CRM and reporting toolsFull, clean driving licenceDesirableB2B account management experienceTerritory or regional portfolio managementExposure to funeral, memorial, hospitality or community-based sectorsWhat Kind of Person Thrives Here?You'll be the kind of professional who takes personal accountability seriously, brings energy and credibility to every external conversation, and remains solutions-oriented when the going gets tough.
