Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, selecting appropriate teaching materials, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to learners and guardians. The teacher is expected to incorporate moral and cultural elements where relevant, maintain classroom discipline, and create an encouraging learning environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, requiring weekend availability and collaboration with the institute’s academic team to align teaching practices with institutional standards.Qualifications Strong Language Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience delivering Arabic lessons to diverse age groups.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum implementation, including use of varied instructional methods and resources.Knowledge of Islamic Studies sufficient to integrate relevant cultural and moral concepts into lessons when appropriate.Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues in a professional, respectful manner.Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage.Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education, Arabic Language, or a related field is preferred.Prior classroom or institute-based teaching experience, ideally in a similar weekend or supplemental education setting.Ability to manage classroom behavior, adapt teaching to different learning styles, and use basic educational technology.Commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory teaching practices and
