Part Time : Total Joints Medical Device Sales Instructor Atlanta GA. 30346 CampusAs a Part Time W2 Campus Instructor, you will be delivering on-campus -education of Medical Sales College (MSC) programs as approved by the state’s licensing requirements. In coordinated effort with the Campus Director, you will ensure positive student experience,develop employer relationships, increase student enrollment, participate in student retention, assist in graduate placement, adhere to program curriculum, build alumni alliances, and adhere to company and state licensing requirements.TRAINING EXPECTATIONSWork directly with your Campus Director on implementing learning solutions, effectiveness and credibility, by adhering to adult learning principles in MSC’s device sales training programs.Maintain consistency of training from a defined and provided specialty specific training curriculum.Ensure a positive student experience measured weekly by student surveys.Deliver technical and sales training to students, which includes classroom lab and online learning, conducted with the Canvas platform.Demonstrate and effectively identify, and address many challenges in the classroom setting.Provide specific verbal performance feedback to students including a plan for improvement. Adhering to the school’s Standards of Academic Performance.Collaborate with the Campus Director to ensure consistency of training throughout all specialty programs.Maintain subject matter expertise within your orthopedic specialty. By accessing resources to industry advancements, new products and practices, along with continuing education.Support your fellow instructor in the transition of specialties,with the utmost professional respect as you hand off the class.Promote a consistent and concise message to students through the use of the company portal (Canvas). Contacting any and all students via personal cellular device is prohibited.Additional responsibilities include before and after class hours to include grading, packing and shipping “travel” totes, speaking to the student(s) in person or using (Air Call), and ongoing staff meetings.STUDENT EXPERIENCE & PLACEMENTOwnership of the learning experience and assist in placement of all students enrolled at the campus, in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Team & employer relationships.Collaborate with the Campus Director to ensure consistency of program content within specialty curriculums.Provide specific performance feedback to students, including a plan for improvement when necessary.COMPLIANCEProvide training that is consistent with approved didactic content and lab requirements.Ensure all MSC policies are followed in accordance with the company’s provided handbook.Shall not misrepresent the nature of MSC’s facility, programs, expected outcome of training, salary expectations, etc. in any way, either directly, indirectly, implied or by omission.LEADERSHIPMaintain a professional image, encompassing dress, behavior, language reflective of standards of our corporate environment and higher education.Use the chain of command for concerns and complaints, by starting with your immediate Campus Director.RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand and adhere to MSC’s company policies and procedures.Commit to working your scheduled weeks according to the Instructor schedule.Ability to work in an upright and /or stationary position for 8+ hours per day. Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance.Follow-up on emails, texts and phone calls within 24 hours.Document student, graduate and employer conversations in (Air Call), Hubspot immediately after the communicationSKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree, or minimum 5 years previous relevant experience in orthopedics (i.e. spine, extremities, sports medicine, orthopedic reconstruction, trauma, and/or biologics) medical device sales, management, and classroom instructing.Exhibit a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.Exceptional presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage and complete multiple projects on time under constantly shifting schedules.Demonstrate ability to be proactive, exercise independent judgment, and work effectively on cross-functional teams in accordance with MSC’s policies and procedures.Proficiency with modern technology platforms and tools (PrepRepAI and MTI).Expected proficiency with Apple products, Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive).Will not participate in, or accept any form of, incentives or kickbacks from employers.LinkedIn – portray yourself and the company professionally, accurately and maintain consistent utilization.You agree to allow the use of your name, image, video/audio recordings for marketing, advertising and training purposes and without compensation.SCHEDULED INSTRUCTIONThe required time frame of teaching is one week at a designated time. Monday through Friday with 32 hours of scheduled teaching time.This specific position will have approximately 6 weeks of scheduled teaching time throughout 2026. Scheduled weeks will be disclosed during the interview process.COMPENSATIONThis position will be compensated biweekly at the following rates listed belowTravel - TotalOrtho+ - $2400 per weekHome - TotalOrtho+ $2400 per weekOnline Bio - $300 per dayTotalOrtho - $300 per dayTotalOrtho On Campus - $500 per dayStudent Eval Calls - $75 per callConverted Students - $75 per student
