Part-Time Clinical Pharmacist (Remote)

Through the Walrus mobile app, members gain access to:On-demand chat with licensed pharmacistsTailored health polls based on their conditionsReal-time symptom and side-effect trackingAI-identified prompts activated by membersCollaborate cross-functionally with other Walrus team members on clinical and strategic initiativesParticipate in client and prospect calls as neededProvide clinical coverage outside of standard business hours when requiredRequirementsRequired QualificationsDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degreeActive pharmacist license(s) in good standing. Must reside and be authorized to work in a U.S. stateCompletion of an accredited residency program (PGY-1 or PGY-2)2+ years experience working directly with patients and healthcare providers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound judgmentsPossess strong verbal, listening and written communication skillsProficiency with computers, including familiarity with databases and reporting toolsIn-depth knowledge of drug administration and disease state managementDemonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, direct patient careComfortable working in a remote environment and willing to travel as neededPreferred QualificationsMulti-state pharmacist licensureExperience working in digital health with virtual care platformsBoard Certification in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy (BCACP) or equivalent certification.
