PART-TIME FRONT OF HOUSE

Practical Car & Van Rental Windsor is looking for a friendly, organised and confident Part-Time Front of House team member to join our busy Windsor branch.You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping to provide a professional and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. The role involves assisting customers, supporting the rental team and helping to keep the day-to-day operation of the branch running smoothly.This is a customer-focused role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, can use their own initiative and is comfortable working in a busy environment.ResponsibilitiesWelcoming customers and assisting with general enquiriesAnswering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiriesAssisting customers with vehicle collections and returnsHelping customers choose the appropriate vehicle for their requirementsSupporting the team with bookings and rental administrationChecking vehicles when they are returnedHelping ensure vehicles are ready and presented correctly for customersKeeping the reception, office and customer areas clean, tidy and organisedProviding excellent customer service and dealing professionally with customer queriesSupporting the wider team with general day-to-day duties when requiredWhat We're Looking ForFriendly, professional and customer focusedConfident communicating with customers in person and over the telephoneGood organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable using computers and booking systemsAble to multitask and work in a busy environmentReliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a teamAble to use your own initiativePrevious customer service experience is preferred but not essentialFull UK driving licence preferredAvailability RequirementThis part-time position requires regular availability on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
