Part Time / Full Time Coach

Work done in the Clubhouse is focused on translating directly to success on the baseball and softball field, creating a high-energy, results-driven environment for both athletes and coaches.Role Description The Coach role at Infinite Hitting is a part time (or full-time), on-site position located in Mount Juliet, TN. Coaches lead individual and small-group training sessions for baseball and softball players, focusing on hitting mechanics, body movement, and performance fundamentals aligned with the Infinite Program. Day-to-day responsibilities include demonstrating proper technique, guiding athletes through drills, tracking progress, and providing clear, constructive feedback. Coaches are expected to use technology-based tools for analysis, maintain a safe and positive training environment, and communicate regularly with athletes and families about goals and development. The role may include assisting with scheduling, program events, and supporting other staff to ensure consistent, high-quality training experiences.QualificationsCoaching and instructional skills in baseball and/or softball, with the ability to teach hitting fundamentals and movement patterns effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate athletes, collaborate with families, and work well within a team-based environment.Comfort using technology and data-based tools for player analysis, performance tracking, and session planning.Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging training atmosphere, with attention to athlete well-being and development.Previous experience in coaching, playing at a competitive level, or working in sports performance or youth development is highly beneficial.Reliable availability for part time, on-site work in Mount Juliet, TN, including evenings and weekends as needed.Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and professionalism when representing Infinite Hitting and interacting with athletes and families.
