Job Description

We are seeking a qualified, dynamic, and forward-thinking Fashion Design Lecturer to join our faculty. The successful candidate will deliver engaging degree-level courses, combining academic knowledge with practical industry experience to prepare students for careers in fashion and creative industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lectures, workshops, practical demonstrations, and critique sessions.
• Design and update course materials, lesson plans, and learning activities.
• Assess student projects, examinations, and portfolios and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor students in their academic development, portfolios, graduation collections, and career preparation.
• Support curriculum development, departmental activities, student showcases, and institutional events.
• Integrate current fashion industry practices and trends into teaching.Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion, Fine Arts, Media Production, or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience or experience conducting professional workshops.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry software and technical tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and collaborative skills.
