Part-Time Pharmacist – GMP & Cleanroom Operations

We help families preserve their own frozen breast milk by processing it individually into a convenient, shelf-stable powder. Each order is handled separately and follows documented procedures for processing, packaging and quality assurance.Our work supports families through transitions such as returning to work, travelling and weaning. We are committed to careful handling, rigorous quality practices and practical, science-based preservation solutions.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a part-time, on-site Pharmacist to support hands-on breast milk processing and GMP operations at our cleanroom facility in Dubai.The role includes handling breast milk through the freeze-drying workflow, preparing and operating equipment, and completing packaging and labelling in accordance with approved procedures. You will maintain batch records and traceability, follow cleanroom and contamination-control protocols, and help ensure that processing, storage and documentation meet internal quality requirements.You will also support SOP implementation, equipment checks and calibration records, staff training, internal audits, deviation documentation and ongoing process improvement, working closely with the R&D and operations teams.Qualifications* Current UAE MOH/MOHAP pharmacist licence or registration required* Pharmacy degree and GMP certification required* Practical GMP experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, laboratory or another regulated environment* Knowledge of cleanroom practices, gowning, hygiene and contamination control* Strong documentation skills and attention to detail* Comfortable handling sensitive biological materials and operating processing equipment* Able to follow SOPs and maintain accurate batch and equipment records* Reliable, organised and able to work independently as part of a part-time schedule* Experience in maternal and child health, nutrition or breast milk handling is an advantage
