HQHC is highly experienced in DHA licensing processes and in setting up new healthcare facilities aligned with Dubai Healthcare regulations, including DHA, MOH, HAAD, and DHCC.Role Description The Part-Time Specialist Radiologist will provide on-site diagnostic radiology services at our client facilities in Ajman, ensuring high-quality imaging interpretation and timely reporting. Daily responsibilities include reviewing radiological images, issuing clear and accurate reports, collaborating with referring healthcare professionals, and participating in case discussions when needed. The role involves adhering to local regulatory standards, maintaining patient confidentiality, and supporting clinical teams in selecting appropriate imaging modalities. The Specialist Radiologist will also contribute to quality assurance activities, support continuous improvement of imaging protocols, and help ensure that services align with HQHC’s commitment to safe, effective, and patient-centered care.Qualifications Completed medical degree and recognized specialization in Radiology; valid or eligibility for relevant UAE professional license (e.g., DHA/ MOH/ HAAD), with experience in diagnostic imaging across modalities such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.Proficiency in image interpretation and reporting, including the ability to deliver concise, clinically useful reports and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams.Strong knowledge of radiology safety standards, radiation protection, and evidence-based imaging protocols, with a commitment to maintaining high clinical quality.Experience working within regulated healthcare environments and familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements is highly beneficial.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work part-time on-site in Ajman, manage workload efficiently, and adapt to different clinical settings.Comfort with using digital radiology systems and electronic medical records; openness to participating in quality improvement and audit activities.Previous experience as a Specialist Radiologist in hospital or clinic settings in the GCC region is an advantage.
