The team is committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every learner can progress at their own pace and reach their potential.Role Description Part-time Teachers for Tutoring Opportunities at Discover Learning Tutors will provide on-site instruction to small groups and individual learners at the centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with school curricula, assessing learner progress, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing learning materials, supporting learners with homework and exam preparation, maintaining clear communication with parents and guardians, and documenting progress. Teachers will collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent standards of education, contribute to a positive learning atmosphere, and uphold centre policies and safeguarding practices.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience supporting learners aged 3–18.Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including the ability to design age-appropriate, curriculum-aligned activities.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interaction with learners, families, and colleagues.Candidates should possess Training or tutoring experience, ideally in school subjects relevant to primary and secondary education.Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, or relevant teaching qualifications and certifications.Experience with international or British curriculum (or similar) is highly beneficial.Ability to manage small groups and individual sessions, with strong classroom and behavior management skills.Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and a supportive, non-discriminatory environment.Willingness to work on-site in Motor City, Dubai, with flexible scheduling for afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends as required.
