The role offers an alternative to the traditional law firm model, allowing experienced lawyers to develop their practice with significant flexibility and earning potential.The RoleManage and develop an established portfolio of clients and matters within your area of expertise.Continue to build your practice through existing relationships, new business development and referrals.Advise clients directly while working alongside experienced lawyers across a broad range of practice areas.Collaborate with other Partners where matters require complementary expertise or specialist support.Develop your practice with a high degree of flexibility and autonomy over how you work.The CandidateAn experienced solicitor with a strong track record at a respected UK or international law firm.A demonstrable level of portable client following and an established book of business.Strong technical expertise and a proven ability to maintain and develop long-term client relationships.Commercially minded and entrepreneurial, with a genuine interest in developing and growing your own practice.Collaborative in approach, with the ability to work effectively alongside other experienced lawyers.The role offers flexible working and significant earning potential, with remuneration dependent on billings.
