With a multilingual practice providing legal services in Arabic, English and French, the firm combines longstanding experience in the UAE with a strong focus on litigation and dispute resolution.Role Description Saad Al Hammadi Advocates & Legal Consultants is looking to welcome an experienced Partner to join our Dubai office as part of the continued growth and development of the firm.We are a Dubai-based law firm with a strong focus on dispute resolution and a longstanding client portfolio across a range of sectors. We are looking for a senior lawyer who can complement our existing practice, contribute to the development of the firm, and play an active role in expanding our client base and areas of work.The ideal candidate will preferably have a strong background in dispute resolution and/or corporate and commercial law, with substantial experience practicing in the UAE and a well-established understanding of the local legal and business environment.The successful candidate should have:Significant post-qualification legal experience, with a substantial part of that experience gained in the UAEA strong background in dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration and/or corporate and commercial mattersExperience advising and managing relationships with corporate, institutional, and private clients; A demonstrated ability to develop business, originate new work, and build long-term client relationshipsAn established professional network within the UAE and/or the wider GCC/MENA regionThe ability to independently manage matters and client relationships at a senior levelStrong leadership skills and the ability to supervise, mentor, and contribute to the development of the firm’s legal teamA commercial approach to legal practice and an interest in contributing to the firm’s broader growth and developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
