We are looking for a 15–20+ years experienced legal professional with expertise in Banking, Real Estate, Property Due Diligence and Corporate Legal Advisory.Key Responsibilities:• Property due diligence, title verification & legal opinions• Mortgage creation & APF/project legal scrutiny• Review of sale, lease, conveyance, GPA, development and other property documents• Advising Banks/NBFCs on legal risks and documentation• Legal audits, land acquisition & corporate contracts• Exposure to arbitration, civil/consumer litigation and Section 138 NI ActRequired: LL.B. with State Bar Council enrolment; strong knowledge of Property Laws, SARFAESI, RERA, TPA, Registration & Stamp Laws, and Banking & Finance documentation.Preferred: Experience with Banks, NBFCs, HFCs or reputed Real Estate Law Firms.Salary: Best in Industry | No bar for deserving candidatesEmployment: Full-TimeInterested candidates may share their CV with Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period and Current Location.
