Team members join a dynamic environment that values professional integrity, collaboration, and practical, results-driven advice.Role Description The Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, responsible for leading and growing key practice areas within the firm. The Partner will oversee client relationships, provide strategic legal counsel, and manage complex matters across criminal, family, and civil law, as well as notary and transactional work where relevant. Daily responsibilities include supervising case strategy, reviewing and drafting legal documents, representing clients in negotiations or proceedings, and ensuring high-quality, compliant advice. The Partner will mentor and guide junior lawyers and support staff, contribute to business development initiatives, and participate in firm leadership decisions. Collaboration with colleagues across practice areas and jurisdictions is expected to support the firm’s global client base and maintain service excellence.Qualifications Strong expertise in criminal, family, and civil law, with a track record of handling complex and high-value matters.Experience in corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions, including cross-border work and notary-related documentation.Proficiency in legal drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, pleadings, and advisory opinions.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior lawyers, and manage workloads and deadlines effectively.Business development skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and practice growth strategies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with sound professional judgment.Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.Licensed lawyer qualified to practice in a relevant jurisdiction; experience in the UAE or GCC region is highly desirable.Minimum of 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal role, including previous leadership responsibilities.Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and client-centered service, with the ability to work effectively on-site in Dubai.
