Company DescriptionAli Alkhars Public Accountants and Consultants (AKCPA) is a growing Saudi professional services firm providing audit, accounting, tax, advisory, and related professional services to a diverse client base across the Kingdom.As AKCPA continues to grow, we are investing not only in expanding our team, but in developing the next generation of leaders who can eventually take responsibility for clients, teams, business development, and the future growth of the firm.The OpportunityWe are looking for ambitious professionals who already hold a valid SOCPA license and have the potential and determination to become future Partners of AKCPA.Selected candidates will enter an intensive three-year Partner Development Program designed to accelerate their development from technically capable professionals into well-rounded leaders capable of managing a portfolio, developing business, and ultimately taking on Partner-level responsibilities.The program will be demanding. Participants will be given significant responsibility, high expectations, direct exposure to senior leadership, and opportunities that would normally take considerably longer to obtain through a traditional career path.Successful completion of the program does not automatically guarantee admission to Partnership. Progression will depend on demonstrated performance, leadership, commercial capability, professional judgment, and the ability to build and manage trusted client relationships.What You Will DevelopOver the three-year program, participants will progressively build capabilities across:Client Ownership: Develop from supporting engagements to independently managing client relationships and a portfolio of engagements.Technical Excellence: Strengthen practical expertise in audit, assurance, financial reporting, SOCPA requirements, IFRS, and relevant Saudi regulations.Leadership: Learn to lead engagement teams, develop professionals, manage performance, and take responsibility for quality and delivery.Business Development: Participate directly in the market, build professional relationships, identify opportunities, prepare proposals, win engagements, and contribute to revenue growth.Commercial Management: Understand engagement economics, pricing, profitability, collections, resource planning, and portfolio management.Professional Judgment: Develop the confidence and judgment required to handle complex client, technical, regulatory, and ethical matters.Firm Leadership: Gain direct exposure to how a professional services firm is managed, including strategy, quality, people, growth, and decision-making.Who We Are Looking ForThis opportunity is intended for professionals who are relatively early in their careers but have already demonstrated strong potential and have taken the significant step of obtaining their professional license.Candidates must have:A SOCPA license obtained or passed all SOCPA sections. This is a mandatory requirement.Practical experience in audit, accounting, assurance, or related professional services.Strong foundations in IFRS, auditing standards, and Saudi professional and regulatory requirements.Excellent Arabic and good professional English communication skills.Strong analytical ability and professional judgment.The confidence to interact directly with clients and senior stakeholders.A genuine interest in business development and building long-term client relationships.The ambition to lead people and eventually manage a significant client portfolio.High standards of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.Willingness to be based in Riyadh, Khobar, or Hofuf.This Program Is Not for EveryoneThe three-year development path will be intensive and performance-driven.We are looking for individuals who actively want responsibility, are comfortable being challenged, and are prepared to develop beyond technical accounting and auditing.Becoming a Partner requires more than technical competence.
