Partner - Dispute Resolution | DubaiInventum Group is working directly with the global practice leadership of a leading international law firm on a strategic Disputes Partner appointment in Dubai.The opportunity is to build on an established practice through a platform that could materially expand its reach, with the international relationships, complementary expertise and resources to pursue larger, more complex mandates and support clients across jurisdictions.The firm is seeking a Partner who will make a significant contribution to the next phase of growth of its Middle East disputes business. Its leadership is keen to discuss how it can support the growth of the incoming Partner’s practice and provide meaningful scope to influence the regional offering. There is also scope to discuss colleagues joining them, with investment and support tailored to the practice’s growth ambitions.The PracticeThe regional practice spans commercial litigation, arbitration and enforcement, supported by international investigations, white-collar and sanctions capabilities.Its corporate and finance practices provide further opportunities to develop client relationships and collaborate on disputes arising from transactions, financing arrangements and investments.For a Partner with an established regional client base, this offers scope to deepen existing relationships and support a broader range of their clients’ international needs.The OpportunityDiscussions will be shaped around the practice you have built and what you would need from a new platform to take it further.Key considerations will include:

• Your contribution to the direction and development of the Middle East disputes practice.The IndividualWe are interested in speaking with established Disputes Partners who have a recognised practice, strong client relationships and a demonstrable record of originating and leading significant mandates.Relevant experience may include commercial litigation, international arbitration, shareholder and joint venture disputes, financial disputes, fraud, asset recovery and enforcement.
