International Arbitration Partner – SingaporeI am working with a leading international law firm that has identified Singapore as a key area for the strategic growth of its International Arbitration practice and is looking to appoint a Partner to help drive that expansion.The appointment offers the incoming Partner an opportunity to play a central role in developing the firm’s Singapore and wider Asia disputes platform, supported by an established international practice and senior leadership with a genuine appetite to invest.The OpportunityThe successful Partner will have the scope to:Develop and shape the firm’s International Arbitration offering in Singapore.Build upon their existing client relationships and portable practice.Work closely with established International Arbitration teams across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the US.Lead complex, high-value cross-border disputes.Contribute to the continued growth of the Singapore office and wider regional practice.Build a team around their practice where there is a credible commercial case.Candidate ProfileWe are interested in speaking with established Partners who have:A recognised practice in international commercial arbitration and/or investment treaty disputes.Strong experience advising clients on complex cross-border matters.An established network of client relationships and a credible portable practice.Experience connected to Singapore and the wider Asian region.The ability to originate work and collaborate effectively across an international platform.An interest in playing a visible role in the strategic development of the practice.Relevant sector experience may include energy, infrastructure, construction, natural resources, major projects or broader commercial disputes.
