You'll drive performance, retention, and operational excellence for our 2-Wheeler business in the UAE. This is a high-ownership role focused on rider operations, platform experience, and business growth, ideal for someone who pairs strong analytical ability with sharp business acumen and operational rigor.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner ManagementProactively engage partners through regular calls and follow-ups to improve online availabilityDrive partner login hours, productivity, and overall performanceMonitor individual and fleet-level performance, identifying gaps and opportunities and resolving them2W OperationsMonitor and improve Fulfilment Rate (FF%), Service Level Adherence (SLA), and ETA vs. ATA accuracyConduct regular surveys (Partner & Vendor) to surface insights and improvement areasIdentify top ticketing issues and collaborate with central teams to drive resolutionResolve cases and recommend improvements to existing SLAsWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and service deliveryEnsure adherence to city-level operational policies and regulatory guidelinesMust-Have Skills & Experience1–2 years of experience in fleet ops, operations, or vendor management (aggregator background preferred)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a plusWhile these are the skills we look for, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
