Long An & Lam LLP is committed to delivering tailored, strategic, and innovative legal solutions for multinational corporations, private clients, and growing businesses.Role Description Partner/Senior Associate will provide legal advisory and representation services across the firm’s litigation matters and dispute resolution practice. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on cross-border issues involving Hong Kong and other jurisdictions and managing or supporting case strategy and negotiations. He/She will coordinate with colleagues across different offices and jurisdictions and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and practical counsel. He/She will lead business development, mentor junior team members, and contribute to practice growth, support matter management, client servicing, and knowledge development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong SAR.QualificationsStrong legal advisory skills in corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution.Proven experience handling cross-border work involving Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international jurisdictions, ideally with exposure to China business advisory.Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills for contracts, transactional documents, pleadings, and other legal instruments.Admission to practice law in Hong Kong.Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to deliver clear, practical, and strategic advice.Effective client management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-office, multi-jurisdiction environment.Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics, high-quality work standards, and continuous learning in a fast-evolving legal landscape.A track record of practice development, team leadership, and business development is highly beneficial.
