and provides strategic advisory andexecution leadership across multiple client engagements, guiding enterprise platforms, digitaltransformation initiatives and technology-enabled operating models to improve businessperformance, scalability, and customer experience across core functional domains.Responsibilities include:Lead assessment of client business and technology environments to identify opportunities for improving systems, processes, and operating models.Define technology strategies and multi-year roadmaps aligned with business objectives and modernization of enterprise applications and data platforms.Evaluate business requirements and recommend technology solutions and platforms to support operational efficiency and transformation.Lead and deliver enterprise resource planning, human capital and shared services, digital commerce, and analytics solutions.Provide strategic direction across engagements, define program scope, sequencing, and execution plans to ensure alignment of business and technology initiatives with enterprise priorities.Plan and manage the design, implementation, and integration of enterprise applications, data platforms, and business processes supporting end-to-end workflows.Ensure system architecture, data flows, and process design support scalability, reliability, and evolving business requirements.Lead system integration and modernization initiatives, including consolidation of platforms, process standardization, and enhancement of enterprise architecture and product engineering capabilities.Advise and support clients in establishing and scaling capabilities as part of enterprise technology transformation programs.Serve as senior advisor to client stakeholders and leadership on enterprise systems, digital transformation initiatives, and operating model improvements.Lead and deliver complex technology consulting engagements involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and interdependent systems across enterprise platforms.Monitor program and portfolio-level milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.Build partnerships across organizational functions.Lead technology due diligence, integration planning, and execution for mergers, acquisitions, and business transformation initiatives.Define target-state technology environments and transition strategies to support integration, separation, or transformation of enterprise systems and processes.Oversee integration of applications, data, and business processes to enable continuity of operations.Guide implementation and optimization of enterprise platforms supporting commercial operations, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and administrative functions.Lead development of enterprise data structures, reporting frameworks, and analytics capabilities to support operational and financial decision-making.Provide direction on cross-functional platform integration support.Analyze existing systems, workflows, and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across functional areas.Apply structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.Lead and manage cross-functional teams including mentorship and performance management to support team effectiveness, including coaching and structured performance management.Identify technology trends, system limitations and process gaps, and define initiatives to improve enterprise systems, processes, and underlying architecture.Develop and implement frameworks to improve system reliability, scalability and operational performance.Position allows for telecommuting from anywhere in the continental U.S.Position requires domestic travel up to 25% of time to visit clients, attend meetings/workshops; and international travel up to 10% of time, including to meet with offshore team in India.QualificationsPosition requires a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field (or foreign degree equivalent); and 10 years of relevant experience.Position also requires at least ten (10) years of experience in each of the following:Designing, implementing, and integrating enterprise application systems and business processes across functional domains such as order-to-cash, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance;Leading large-scale technology programs involving multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, and enterprise platforms across various industries;Defining enterprise technology strategies, architectures, and operating models supporting core business functions as supply chain, revenue cycle management, commercial operations;Supporting or leading system integration or transformation initiatives in the context of mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale business changes;Managing enterprise platforms, architectures, and business processes supporting commercial operations, production, distribution, and administrative functions;
