Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are hiring a Partnership Delivery Manager to support a leading payments/loyalty client’s regional partnership. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role covering issuer engagement, benefits implementation, approvals, and program execution.Seated within the client, you will work with the client’s account team, market and issuer teams, stakeholders, and participating issuers to drive issuer engagement, coordinate benefits implementation, manage approvals, and support broader account execution.⇒ Main ResponsibilitiesIssuer Go-to-Market & EngagementSupport the client’s market and issuer teams in developing and progressing partnership opportunities.Develop issuer-facing value propositions, engagement materials, and sales enablement tools.Support issuer working sessions and coordinate actions through implementation and launch.Maintain visibility of opportunities, milestones, dependencies, and risks.Benefits Implementation & FulfillmentCoordinate implementation of the client’s benefits across participating issuers and markets.Partner closely with Product teams on benefit fulfillment and customer experience delivery through the client’s website and related capabilities.Document fulfillment journeys, operational requirements, and launch-readiness activities.Track progress and coordinate issue resolution across stakeholders.Approvals & Stakeholder CoordinationAct as a central coordination point between the client and issuer teams.Manage approval workflows across legal, marketing, product, operations, and commercial stakeholders.Maintain clear tracking of decisions, actions, timelines, and dependencies.Escalate risks and bottlenecks to keep initiatives on track.Marketing & Program Delivery SupportPartner with Marketing and client stakeholders on issuer packages, collateral, campaign materials, and creative assets.Coordinate review and approval of marketing deliverables.Support launch planning, governance, executive updates, and broader client account priorities.Develop repeatable templates and playbooks to enable scalable execution across markets.⇒ Qualifications & ExperienceApproximately 4–8+ years of experience in consulting, account management, client delivery, partnerships, program management, go-to-market, or commercialization roles.Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into practical execution plans and support delivery through launch.Payments, loyalty, travel, entertainment, or financial services experience is advantageous.Strong program management, prioritization, and execution discipline.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.Ability to coordinate effectively without direct authority.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.Ability to create concise, executive-ready presentations and communications.Comfort operating in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.Proactive, accountable, and execution-oriented.Collaborative, diplomatic, and relationship-driven.Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.Commercially curious and customer-focused.Able to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
