Partnerships & Growth Lead – Nigeria

We are hiring a Partnerships & Growth Lead – Nigeria to help grow TalkCounsel’s presence across Nigeria’s startup and business ecosystem. This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, create distribution channels, generate qualified opportunities, and drive customer growth.What You'll DoBuild strategic partnerships with VCs, accelerators, banks, startup communities, accounting firms, and other business ecosystem partners.Develop and manage a pipeline of startups, growth companies, SMEs, and enterprise prospects.Build relationships with founders, CEOs, CFOs, investors, and other decision-makers.Create partnership-led programs that introduce TalkCounsel to multiple businesses at scale.Identify new customer acquisition channels and help refine our Nigeria go-to-market strategy.Convert partnerships and commercial relationships into measurable customer and revenue growth.Represent TalkCounsel at relevant industry events and ecosystem initiatives.What We're Looking For4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, B2B sales, ecosystem growth, or a related role.Strong understanding of Nigeria’s startup and business ecosystem.Experience building relationships with senior decision-makers.Ability to build a pipeline from scratch and independently drive opportunities forward.Strong commercial judgment, communication, and execution skills.Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, venture capital, banking, startup ecosystems, or professional services is a strong advantage.You do not need to be a lawyer.Success in This RoleYou will be measured by the quality of partnerships you build, qualified opportunities you generate, customers you acquire, and revenue you influence.We are looking for someone who can help make TalkCounsel a trusted legal partner for businesses across Nigeria.
