Partnerships Director

Role Description The Partnerships Director is a part-time role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site collaboration and work from home. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships within the CNC, VMC, and GMC sectors, focusing on long-term growth and mutual value. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with key partners, negotiating partnership agreements, coordinating joint initiatives, and monitoring performance of partnership activities. The Partnerships Director will work closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business goals, support sales and account management efforts, and provide regular reporting on partnership outcomes.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.Experience in Strategic Partnerships and Account Management, with a track record of cultivating and sustaining partner relationships.Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Sales, including developing growth-focused partnership plans and supporting revenue objectives.Background or familiarity with CNC, VMC, GMC, or related manufacturing and industrial sectors is highly beneficial.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Dubai, managing time and responsibilities across in-person and remote settings.Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to evaluate partnership opportunities and structure mutually beneficial agreements.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
