Behind the scenes, our AI-powered operating system helps operators run bookings, access, billing, and reporting - all in one place, with built-in demand from our platform. We're trusted by 80,000+ users worldwide and rated 4.8 stars across 56,000+ reviews. And we're about to open our most ambitious space yet: Work From Park (WFP), a first-of-its-kind coworking destination built with the Dubai Government inside Barsha Pond Park - with a running track, basketball courts, and five-a-side pitches on-site. This role sits right at the center of that launch.Role DescriptionThis isn't a sit-in-the-corner, watch-from-the-sidelines internship. As our Partnerships Intern, you'll be right in the middle of building something new - a full-time, in-person role based in Dubai, owning brand partnerships and activations for our flagship space and the wider Letswork network.Concretely, that means: working a target list of brands across F&B, tech, wellness, work, and community - planning, pitching, and closing partnership deals. Once a brand's on board, you'll help plan and run their activation month alongside our community team. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and product along the way, and you'll see the direct line between the deals you close and the buzz happening in the park outside your window. This starts as a paid internship, with a real path to converting into a full-time Partnerships Lead role once you're up and running.QualificationsSharp analytical instincts — you like digging into brands, markets, and data, and can turn what you find into something useful.A genuine interest in partnerships, sponsorships, or experiential marketing - relationship-building excites you more than it intimidates you.Strong written and verbal communication — you can write an outreach message people actually open, and hold your own on a call.AI-literate — comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up research, draft outreach, and pull together reports. This is a must-have in 2026, not a nice-to-have.Curiosity about sales — pipeline support, follow-ups, the hustle. You don't need to be a closer yet, just willing to learn.Recently graduated in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or something adjacent.Comfortable in a fast-moving, in-person startup environment — things move quickly here, and we like it that way.Bonus points if you're into brand marketing, events, fitness/wellness culture, or the future of work.Handy with the basics — spreadsheets, slides, CRMs — and quick to pick up new tools.
