Partnerships Manager

Role Description This full-time Partnerships Manager role at Legaline Platform is a hybrid position based in the United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The Partnerships Manager will identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnership opportunities with law firms, legal service providers, and complementary platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing partner pipelines, negotiating agreements, coordinating onboarding, and nurturing long-term partner relationships to drive platform growth. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives and enhance value for users. The Partnerships Manager will also monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to maximize partner engagement and revenue.Qualifications Strong relationship-building skills with experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships.Demonstrated experience in Account Management, including managing partner portfolios and resolving issues promptly.Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess partnership performance, and support data-driven decisions.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective stakeholder engagement.Experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles within technology, legal services, or professional services sectors is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self-motivation, time management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with CRM tools, partnership management platforms, and basic contract negotiation is an advantage.
