Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for a motivated and relationship-oriented Partnership Specialist to join our team and support the development, management, and growth of strategic partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and evaluate potential partners aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners.Support the development and execution of partnership strategies and business development initiatives.Conduct market research to identify emerging partnership opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.Initiate communication with potential partners and arrange introductory meetings.Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, business cases, and relevant briefing materials.Support negotiations related to partnership terms, commercial arrangements, and collaboration opportunities.Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of partnership agreements and memoranda of understanding.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective implementation of partnership initiatives.Coordinate with partners and internal stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.Monitor partnership activities, milestones, deliverables, and performance against agreed objectives.Prepare regular reports and updates on partnership progress, achievements, challenges, and opportunities.Identify opportunities to expand, renew, or enhance existing partnerships.Support the organization of partner meetings, workshops, events, and engagement activities.Ensure timely follow-up on partner requests, action items, and agreed commitments.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partnership agreements, contacts, activities, and performance.Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and approval requirements.Support cross-functional initiatives involving external stakeholders and strategic partners.Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and external engagements.Contribute to continuous improvement of partnership processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Previous experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.Excellent organizational and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
