قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJOB PURPOSE:To lead the development and management of strategic partnerships that support Art’s programs, exhibitions, and initiatives, driving value creation, funding opportunities, and long-term collaborations. The role focuses on building high-impact relationships with government entities, private sector partners, cultural institutions, and sponsors to enhance Art’s positioning and sustainability.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:Develop and execute partnership strategy aligned with Art’s vision, programs, and growth objectivesIdentify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations across public and private sectorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including cultural institutions, corporates, foundations, and government entitiesLead end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and agreement executionDesign tailored partnership models and value propositions that align with partner objectives and Art’s strategic prioritiesOversee execution of partnership agreements, ensuring delivery of commitments, quality standards, and timelinesCollaborate with internal teams (programs, exhibitions, marketing, and communications) to align partnership opportunities with initiativesMonitor partnership performance and impact, providing insights and recommendations for optimizationEnsure all partnerships comply with legal, branding, and governance requirementsRepresent Art in external engagements, events, and forums to strengthen relationships and expand the partnership networkTrack and report on partnership pipeline, revenue/funding contributions, and strategic outcomesMentor and guide junior team members, supporting capability development and performance improvementQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Bachelor's degree in business administration, arts management, marketing, communications, or equivalentExperience7 to 8 years of experience
