Partnerships Specialist

Reef Group is seeking a Partnership Activation Specialist to join its Marketing team. Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, you will execute marketing partnership activations and joint campaigns, coordinate with partners and internal teams, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.Key Responsibilities* Execute approved marketing partnership activation plans.* Coordinate with external partners to fulfill activation requirements and agreed commitments.* Collaborate with brand, design, content, and social media teams to prepare activation materials.* Manage activation timelines and follow up on campaign deliverables.* Support partnership events, promotions, and joint marketing initiatives.* Ensure all activation activities and materials align with brand identity and standards.* Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and sales generated through partnerships.* Prepare regular reports on activation progress, results, challenges, and improvement opportunities.* Document activation outcomes, approved materials, and operational agreements.* Identify opportunities to improve partner experience and campaign execution.
