Joining our team means being part of a global organization that values professionalism, innovation, and career development.Key Responsibilities · Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Optimizing stock levels using inventory metrics, minimizing backorders, and ensuring the right parts are on hand during critical farming seasons. · Team Leadership & Operations: Managing the intake, storage, and fulfillment of parts orders. · Dealer & Customer Support: Answering inquiries, handling breakdown escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. · Financial & KPI Tracking: Monitoring performance metrics—such as absorption rates, inventory turns, and profit margins—to guide business growth. · Marketing & Promotions: Executing parts marketing programs, launching new product campaigns, and training staff on new Zoomlion aftermarket offerings.Responsible for parts sales quoting, order placement, and payment collection follow-up.Responsible for channel strategy and spare parts planning according to farming seasons, leading the formulation of spare parts inventory plans based on the principle of "stockpiling in the off-season and supplying in the peak season” to ensure that spare parts are distributed to national warehouses and dealer outlets before key farming seasons such as seeding and harvesting;Responsible for dealer empowerment and Sales Operations, guiding dealers to make accurate parts demand forecasts, and coordinating the company's supply chain to ensure supply;Responsible for national-level inventory management and logistics coordination, meeting dealers' parts requirements within the time limits required by the company, and overseeing the compliance of inbound and outbound operations in local warehouses as well as the consistency between accounts and physical inventory during inventory counts.Responsible for analyzing information such as competitors' accessory prices, policies, and supply timeliness, providing suggestions for the company's accessory pricing, and formulating corresponding responses.Responsible for achieving the annual parts sales targets set by the company.Requirements & Qualifications Education: A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business management, or a related technical field is typically preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in aftermarket parts, supply chain, or product support—preferably within an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or dealership setting. Skills: Strong knowledge of agricultural or industrial equipment, proficiency with inventory and ERP. software, and excellent communication abilities. English language B2 or higher. Driving license cat.
