Parts Procurement Officer

Alkhorayef Commercial Company is looking for a qualified Parts Procurement Officer to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Manage the procurement of spare parts based on business and operational requirements.Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.Prepare and issue RFQs and Purchase Orders (POs).Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers.Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of spare parts.Coordinate with the Parts, Sales, Warehouse, and other relevant teams to ensure parts availability.Monitor stock requirements and support the replenishment of required parts.Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information.Support cost optimization while maintaining required quality and delivery standards.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.Experience in spare parts procurement is required.Experience in Agricultural Machinery, Heavy Equipment, Commercial Vehicles, or Automotive Spare Parts is an advantage.Good knowledge of RFQs, POs, supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and negotiation.Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is preferred.Good communication and negotiation skills.Fluent in English.
