Parts Sales and Service Representative – Trucks | Abu Dhabi | GTHEAbout the RoleGaladari Trucks & Heavy Equipment is looking for an experienced Parts Sales and Service Representative (PSSR) to join our Truck Division in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on developing after-sales business, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sales of parts, service and support solutions for our truck customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with truck and fleet customers.Identify opportunities to increase parts, service, maintenance, and after-sales sales.Conduct regular customer visits and understand fleet requirements.Promote service contracts, parts, maintenance packages and other support solutions.Follow up on quotations, customer enquiries, and sales opportunities.Work closely with the Parts, Service and Sales teams to deliver effective customer solutions.Monitor customer fleets and identify opportunities for additional business.Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records and provide regular reports.Support customer retention and contribute to overall after-sales revenue growth.Essentials: Proven experience in PSSR, after-sales, parts sales, service sales, or a similar role within the truck / heavy commercial vehicle industry.Strong understanding of truck parts, servicing, maintenance, and after-sales operations.Existing relationships with truck, fleet, transport, logistics, or commercial vehicle customers is an advantage.Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (desirable)UAE driving licence is required.If this sounds like you and you're looking for a new opportunity, apply today.About usGaladari Trucks & Heavy equipment is a flagship subsidiary of Galadari Brothers, and the market leader in providing heavy earthmoving, construction, heavy duty trucks and materials handling equipment for over 40 years in the United Arab emirates.
