High-level Job Purpose StatementResponsible for assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to the overall success of the aftersales division.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service and SalesAssist customers in identifying their parts needs, providing accurate information, and recommending suitable parts based on their vehicle specificationsDemonstrate excellent product knowledge and explain the features, benefits, and compatibility of different parts to customersProcess parts orders, including pricing, invoicing, and arranging for delivery or pickupUpsell and cross-sell related parts and accessories to maximize sales opportunitiesInventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, part numbers, and pricing informationMonitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availabilityReceive and inspect incoming parts shipments, verifying accuracy and qualityOrganize and maintain the parts storage area, ensuring cleanliness and proper organizationTechnical Support and TroubleshootingProvide technical support to customers by assisting with part identification, installation instructions, and troubleshootingCollaborate with technicians and service advisors to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issuesStay updated with product knowledge, technical specifications, and industry trends related to automotive partsCustomer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyaltyFollow up with customers to ensure their parts needs have been met and address any concerns or issuesCollaborate with the sales team and service department to enhance the overall customer experienceRequirementsMinimum Requirements for the RoleQualificationsDiploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Engine and Vehicle or any related fieldExperience1 - 3 years in relevant work experience in sales partsKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent computer skillsGood English Communication SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills
