Parts Sales Representative

Alkhorayef Commercial Company is looking for a Parts Sales Representative to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Handle spare parts sales for counter and account customers.Identify customer parts requirements and recommend the correct spare parts.Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to secure sales.Proactively contact and visit customers to develop business and generate revenue.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.Follow up on customer orders and inquiries.Support the achievement of parts sales targets.Maintain accurate sales and customer records.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts sales.Experience in Agricultural Machinery, Heavy Equipment, Commercial Vehicles, or Automotive Spare Parts is preferred.Experience in both counter sales and B2B/account sales is an advantage.Strong customer relationship and communication skills.Good sales and negotiation skills.Experience using ERP or parts systems is preferred.Fluent in English (written and spoken)
