Akmal Auto Spare Parts Trading LLC focuses on service excellence, product reliability, and long-term customer relationships, making it a dependable partner for a wide range of automotive needs.Role Description The Parts Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, responsible for selling automotive spare parts to walk-in customers, workshops, and business clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, recommending suitable parts, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely availability and delivery of parts. The role involves maintaining accurate records of sales, monitoring stock levels, and communicating with suppliers or internal teams to manage backorders and special requests. The Parts Sales Representative also handles customer inquiries and complaints, supports after-sales service, and contributes to achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.Qualifications Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive parts or a related industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.Experience in inventory control, basic stock management, and familiarity with using ERP or inventory systems.Good knowledge of automotive spare parts for heavy and light vehicles, and the ability to identify parts by number, model, and application.Basic computer literacy, including use of email, spreadsheets, and sales or billing software.Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, manage a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Relevant vocational training or diploma in automotive, business, or a related field is preferred; previous UAE market experience is a plus.
