Learners benefit from a practical, industry-focused environment that prepares them for careers across film and television disciplines.Role Description The Parts Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, responsible for supporting the academy’s operational and technical needs by managing parts and related supplies. Day-to-day activities include identifying parts requirements, advising internal stakeholders on suitable components, processing sales orders, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely availability of parts. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and initiating replenishment to prevent shortages or delays in academy operations. The Parts Sales Specialist will interact with internal customers and external suppliers, handle inquiries, resolve issues related to parts availability or quality, and contribute to smooth functioning of training equipment and facilities. The position requires consistent on-site collaboration with administrative, technical, and teaching teams.Qualifications Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and learners, and to clearly explain parts specifications and availability.Sales skills to manage parts inquiries, prepare quotations, close orders, and achieve sales targets related to parts and supplies.Inventory Control skills to track stock levels, manage replenishment, and maintain accurate records of parts movement.Prior experience in parts sales, technical supplies, or related roles in education, film, or equipment-intensive environments is beneficial.Basic understanding of technical components, film or audio-visual equipment, or willingness to learn product details quickly.Proficiency with inventory or ERP software and standard office productivity tools.Minimum of a high school diploma; a vocational or technical certification in a related field is an advantage.Ability to work on-site full time in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and collaborate with diverse teams.
