Moreover, the jobholder is responsible for ensuring collection on time and maintain the overdue payments at minimum level.Key Accountabilities: Description

• Manage Parts sales cycle using JSAP System

• Overdue payment ratioMajor Activities1. Collect wholesalers’ requirements and communicate to parts warehouse using JSAP system.2. Invoicing orders using SAP /ERP System following ordering process.3. Issue PDR Report (Parts Discrepancy Report) in case reported by the customer.4. Ensure and follow up on Parts delivery to the customer as planned.5. Coordinate with the Warehouse team in case of PDR and/or Late delivery.6. Collect the market pulse towards Parts campaign and advise management.7. Maintain customer satisfaction level.8. Monitor Client payment status.Job Context
• This position is playing the role of the liaison between the wholesaler / broker and ALJ with reference to sales request
• The position has an impact on the satisfaction of client by ensuring the availability of parts and ensuring the process goes smoothly without any delay
• The jobholder should build and maintain good relation with the wholesaler/broker, which have impact of sales.Framework, Boundaries & Decision Making Authority
