The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, is seeking a Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk with Rallye Mercedes! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their automotive parts skills and knowledge to engage with a luxury client base, and be a part of an outstanding team!Responsibilities for this position include:Track incoming and outgoing shipments, and verify against bills of lading, invoices, orders and other recordsDetermine shipment methodsPrepare shipments, including: affix shipping labels, assemble packaging containers, pack parts into containers using spacers, fillers & protective padding, affix shipping instructions, charges, and postageReceive incoming shipments, including: unpack & examine shipment contents, reject damaged items, record shortages, place parts into stock or customer bins quickly and accuratelyReceive unsold parts returned by parts driverNotify other departments in the dealership(s) when their parts arriveThe Rallye Motor Company is committed to attracting and retaining a talented and diverse workforce that supports our culture of customer service and automotive excellence.
